Shipping Charges
All orders over $60 receive free UPS Ground or USPS Priority shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Order less than $60.00 will be charged $8.49 shipping.
All oversize orders will be subject to an additional charge for shipping.

Orders that are to be delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally will be charged actual shipping.
Refused & Returned Shipments
If you refuse your shipment without good cause or prior authorization from Bank's Vacuum SuperStores you will be charged the original cost of shipping, even if shipping was provided for free, and the cost of the return shipping. Shipments which are returned after three delivery attempts are considered a refused shipment and the charges described above will apply.

Payment
Orders paid by credit card are shipped immediately. Orders paid by money order are shipped upon receipt of funds. Sorry, but we can't accept personal checks or C.O.D. orders.
Michigan Residents
We are required to collect 6% sales tax on orders that show a ship to address in Michigan. No other orders will be charged sales tax.
Product Warranties
Products come with a manufacturer's warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. However, you may purchase additional warranties from us. For manufacturer warranty service, you may:
1. Contact the manufacturer's authorized warranty service station closest to you. This information is available either with the material shipped with the product, or from the manufacturer directly.
2. Take the product to any Banks Vacuum SuperStores location. All Bank's Vacuum SuperStore locations are factory authorized warranty service centers.
3. Ship the product to Banks Vacuum main warranty location: 19147 Livernois, Detroit, Michigan, 48221. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
