Shipping Charges
All orders over $60 receive free UPS Ground or USPS Priority shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Order less than $60.00 will be charged shipping. All oversize orders will be subject to an additional charge for shipping. $15.00 will be added to the order for Express shipping and $20.00 will be added if Overnight shipping is selected. These express fees are in addition to the actual express or overnight shipping charges.

Prices vary for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and international shipments will be charged actual shipping. Orders are sent via UPS ground, and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
Shipping Schedule
Online shopping cart orders that are received and processed by 2 p.m. ET Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed using our online shopping cart that are received and processed after 2 p.m. ET Monday through Friday ship the next business day.
Phone orders that are received and processed by 2 p.m. ET Monday through Friday ship the same day. Phone Orders after 2 p.m. ET Monday through Friday ship the next business day.
All orders received Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped the next business day.
Payment
Orders paid by credit card are shipped immediately. Orders paid by money order are shipped upon receipt of funds. Sorry, but we can't accept personal checks or C.O.D. orders.
Michigan Residents
We are required to collect 6% sales tax on orders that show a ship to address in Michigan. No other orders will be charged sales tax.
Product Warranties
Products come with a manufacturer's warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. However, you may purchase additional warranties from us. For manufacturer warranty service, you may:
1. Contact the manufacturer's authorized warranty service station closest to you. This information is available either with the material shipped with the product, or from the manufacturer directly.
2. Take the product to any Banks Vacuum SuperStores location. All Bank's Vacuum SuperStore locations are factory authorized warranty service centers.
3. Ship the product to Banks Vacuum main warranty location: 19147 Livernois, Detroit, Michigan, 48221. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
