Returns
Any product may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in saleable condition with all of the original packing materials and instruction manuals. We do not accept returns of used vacuums. All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please call 888 867-0176 for a Return Authorization Number and instructions. If your product qualified for promotional shipping we will deduct the shipping cost from the amount of your refund. Any items returned to our warehouse without an Return Authorization Number will not be returned and no credit will be given. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Should you recieve the incorrect item beacuse of our mistake, please contact us immediately at 888 867-0176 so that we may arrange for free return shipping.
All returns must be shipped to 19147 Livernois Road, Detroit, Michigan 48221. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
Return package must include instructions telling the reason for the return. To expedite processing, please include a copy of your receipt. If you send the original receipt, it will not be returned.
