Returns

If your package has been damaged in tranist please contact us right away at 888-867-0176.

Any product may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in saleable condition in the the original sealed package. We do not accept returns of used vacuums. All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please call 888 867-0176 for a Return Authorization Number and instructions. If your product qualified for promotional shipping we will deduct the shipping cost from the amount of your refund. Any items returned to our warehouse without an Return Authorization Number will not be returned and no credit will be given. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Should you recieve the incorrect item beacuse of our mistake, please contact us immediately at 888 867-0176 so that we may arrange for free return shipping.

Any issues with operation or performance after receiving your purchase must be handled according to the policies of the manufacturer. For most purchases this means contacting the manufacturer directly to arrange for warranty service. All products offered by Bank's Vacuum SuperStores are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only and Bank's Vacuum SuperStores does not provided any warranty, either expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Please consult your warranty documentation for more details. All returns must be shipped to 19147 Livernois Road, Detroit, Michigan 48221. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Return package must include instructions telling the reason for the return. To expedite processing, please include a copy of your receipt. If you send the original receipt, it will not be returned.
